These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Curb Crew Auto Inc., a Michigan Corporation. ("Curb Crew Auto Inc., Curb Crew," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website located at www.curbcrew.com and the mobile vehicle maintenance services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, booking services, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
1. Services Description
Curb Crew provides on-site mobile vehicle maintenance and repair services at customer-specified locations including residences, workplaces, and fleet facilities throughout Michigan. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Oil changes and fluid replacements
Tire rotations, installations, and repairs
Filter replacements (air, oil, fuel, cabin)
Brake inspections, pad/rotor replacements, and brake fluid service
Spark plug replacements and ignition system maintenance
Battery testing and replacement
Light bulb replacements
Basic diagnostic services
Preventative maintenance inspections
Service Limitations:
Services are subject to technician availability and geographic coverage area
Complex repairs requiring specialized equipment, vehicle lifts, or extensive disassembly may require referral to a traditional automotive facility
We reserve the right to decline services that cannot be safely or legally performed in mobile settings
Service area is limited to locations within Michigan where Curb Crew maintains operations
2. Booking, Scheduling & Payment Terms
Online Booking:
Appointments are scheduled exclusively through our Squarespace-powered website
All bookings are subject to confirmation by Curb Crew
Appointment times are estimates; actual arrival may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous service delays
Payment Terms:
Payment is required in full at time of booking unless alternative arrangements are pre-approved in writing
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments through secure third-party payment processors
All prices are subject to change without notice
Additional charges may apply for services beyond the originally booked scope
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: Subject to a $50.00 fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Subject to $50.00 fee.
Weather-related cancellations initiated by Curb Crew: Full refund or free rescheduling
No-Show & Access Policy:
If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle due to customer absence, locked gates, or other customer-related issues, the appointment will be considered a no-show
No-show appointments are subject to a $50.00 fee
3. Customer Obligations & Responsibilities
By booking our Services, you represent, warrant, and agree to:
Provide accurate and complete vehicle information, including make, model, year, and any known mechanical issues
Ensure you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have express authorization from the owner to arrange service
Provide safe, legal, and accessible parking for the vehicle in a location suitable for mechanical work
Ensure adequate lighting and level ground for service performance
Grant our technicians reasonable access to your property and the vehicle
Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service
Be present or designate an authorized representative during service performance
Provide any necessary keys, garage door openers, or access codes required for service
Comply with all local ordinances and property management rules regarding on-site vehicle service
4. Fleet & Commercial Services
Commercial fleet services may be governed by separate Master Service Agreements containing specific terms regarding:
Volume pricing and payment terms
Scheduling protocols and service windows
Vehicle availability requirements
Billing and invoicing procedures
Insurance and liability allocations
Fleet managers are responsible for coordinating vehicle availability and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
5. Warranties & Service Guarantees
Service Warranty:
We warrant that all Services will be performed in a workmanlike manner using industry-standard practices
Parts installed carry manufacturer warranties as applicable. Parts Curb Crew uses carry a minimum 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty
Labor warranty period is 12 months from service completion or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first
Warranty Limitations:
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accident damage, or modifications
Warranty is void if vehicle is serviced by others during warranty period for the same components
We do not warrant against pre-existing conditions or unrelated mechanical failures
Diagnosis fees are non-refundable even if no repair is performed
DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, CURB CREW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Liability Limitations:
Curb Crew total liability for any claim arising from Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden defects, or consequential damage
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of vehicle use
Property Damage:
Customer is responsible for any damage to property, vehicles, or persons caused by Customer's negligence or failure to follow instructions
Curb Crew maintains liability insurance but coverage limitations may apply
Indemnification:
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Curb Crew, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Customer's breach of these Terms or negligent acts
7. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
Safety Standards:
Our technicians reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe
Unsafe conditions include but are not limited to: illegal parking, severe weather, unstable surfaces, hazardous materials, or threatening behavior
All work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety standards and Michigan environmental regulations
Hazardous Materials:
Used oil, filters, and other automotive fluids will be disposed of in accordance with EPA and Michigan DEQ regulations
Customer is responsible for any hazardous materials not related to our Services
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at privacy-policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Vehicle information and service history
Contact and billing information
Location data for service delivery
Communication records and preferences
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Curb Crew or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction & Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washtenaw County, Michigan, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Force Majeure
Curb Crew shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Severability & Amendment
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms may only be amended in writing signed by Cub Crew. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
