Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Curb Crew Auto LLC – A Mobile Automotive Maintenance Company. Service Locations - Greater Ann Arbor We provide mobile automotive maintenance at both residential and commercial locations. Customers booking at a commercial/business location are responsible for ensuring the business permits automotive servicing on its premises prior to scheduling. Failure to secure location approval may result in cancellation and applicable fees. Booking & Payment All services must be booked and prepaid online via credit or debit card at the time of scheduling. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Pricing is based on the selected service and vehicle information provided at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund — no cancellation fee. Between 1 and 24 hours before appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded. Less than 1 hour before appointment or No-Show: No refund will be issued. Cancellations are only valid upon confirmed acknowledgment from our team. Vehicle & Key Requirements Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and available for service at the scheduled time and location. Keys must be made available to our technician at the start of the appointment. If a customer is unavailable post-service and has instructed our team to leave keys at a designated location, [Company Name] assumes no liability for the keys or vehicle once they have been left as directed. Customers accept full responsibility under these circumstances. Customer Responsibility By booking a service, the customer confirms that they have the authority to authorize work on the vehicle and that the service location is approved for use. Curb Crew Auto Inc reserves the right to cancel an appointment without penalty if site conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival.
