Role Overview: Automotive Technicians provide diagnostic, repair and vehicle maintenance services onsite at customer's home or office. Technicians will work independently from a fully equipped company van with dedicated team support for scheduling, parts procurement, and technical assistance. Key Responsibilities: -Communicate professionally with customers in a relationship-first capacity -Perform diagnostics, repair and maintenance at customer's home or office -Follow scheduled service calls efficiently -Complete accurate digital documentation -Use technical support when facing complex diagnostics -Represent Curb Crew professionally -Maintain an organized van and equipment ​ Compensation & Benefits: -Up to $65/ hour based on experience -Medical/Dental/Vision coverage -401K Match -2 weeks PTO -Engineer diagnostic assistance and mentorship ​ Who We Are Looking For: -Ability to collaborate respectfully and professionally with people of all genders, nationalities and cultural backgrounds -2+ years of hands-on automotive experience -Clean driving record and background check -Thorough automotive technical foundation -Valid driver's license -Strong communication and customer service skills -Self-motivated and accountable ​ ​
